Revenue Architecture for the Conscious Founder
What if your launch was not a funnel
but a world your audience stepped into —
and never wanted to leave?
001 — The Diagnosis
"Maybe one day I'll wake up and realize that the silence of God is really just the silence of a crowd of people watching my every move, listening to the contents of my inner monologue going on and on and on." — PHANTASMAGORIA, A. HARNISH
The Problem
The webinar model is dying. The five-day challenge is tired. The countdown timer is a lie everyone can see through. Your audience has been conditioned to expect the pitch — and to scroll past it. 73% of your buyers report digital exhaustion. The noise is not working. More of it will not save you.
The Shift
It does not compete with the noise. It renders it irrelevant. When your audience receives a hand-addressed physical invitation, a sequence of riddles sent to their inbox, an invitation to a private Non-Event — they are not being marketed to. They are being called. The offer does not close them. The story does.
The Renaissance
Dark psychology manipulates. It exploits fear, creates false scarcity, engineers urgency. The Anti-Launch does the opposite — it creates genuine scarcity, real mystery, and an experience so true to your founder story that the only people who respond are exactly the ones who were meant to. Plato's cave in reverse: not shadows, but the source of the fire.
002 — The Allegory
Plato imagined prisoners in a cave — chained, watching shadows projected on a wall, mistaking them for reality. The philosopher's task was to turn one prisoner around. To show them the fire. To walk them out into the light.
The modern founder's audience is those prisoners. Not because they are foolish — but because they have been inside the same cave for so long, the shadows feel like truth. Fast promises. Countdown clocks. Manufactured urgency. The launch formula.
We build the turn.
"What happens when we break down the artificial barriers between objective and subjective belief and thought? What if all your audience is holding is a puzzle piece — and we're the ones who show them the full picture?" — A. HARNISH // PHANTASMAGORIA // OFF-BROADWAY 2022
This is not a marketing agency. This is a consciousness architecture firm built for founders who believe their audience deserves more than a funnel — and who are brave enough to give it to them.
"Few people realize that personal computers, the internet, the World Wide Web — all trace their origins to hippies and the drug culture of the 1960s. The counterculture did not reject science. They used it to build a new world." — THIS IS YOUR COMPUTER ON DRUGS // A. HARNISH // COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY 2023
003 — The Architects
Revenue Architect · Enrollment Strategist
The Enrollment Alchemist
Nine years at the intersection of high-ticket sales and human psychology. $3M+ personally closed. 50-60% annual conversion rates across multiple seven-figure brands. She does not close people — she creates the conditions in which they close themselves.
Debb designs the entire revenue architecture: the enrollment system, the qualification framework, the conversation that converts without pressure. Her methodology is built on a single belief: the right buyer always says yes to the truth.
Creative Director · Narrative Architect
The Anti-Launch Auteur
Columbia University. Religion, Theatre, Philosophy — all three at once, because one lens was never enough. Her senior thesis explored the intersection of quantum physics, LSD-era counterculture, and the birth of the internet — because she has always asked: who built the cave, and why?
She wrote Phantasmagoria at 21 in a quarantine dormitory in New York City. A one-woman show about the space between the world you left and the world you chose. It won Runner-Up for Best Play at the Downtown Urban Arts Festival. She was the only undergraduate invited.
004 — Alice's Adventures
The methodology was proven before the company existed.
Industry average: 25-40% attendance · 15-25% open rates · 2-5% CTR · 1-5% conversion
005 — The Distinction
The world is full of agencies that use human psychology to close more sales. They study fear, scarcity, loss aversion. They engineer pressure.
We study something different. Belonging. Wonder. Recognition. The felt sense of having been seen. We do not manipulate the shadows on the wall. We walk people out of the cave entirely.
Manufactured urgency and false scarcity
Countdown timers engineered to trigger panic
Volume and frequency as strategy
Audiences as conversion metrics
The pitch disguised as the experience
Same story. Different slide deck.
Genuine rarity — only those who belong, arrive
Mystery that creates desire through resonance
One extraordinary experience over one thousand forgettable ones
Audiences as guests inside a world built for them
The experience is the pitch — and the close
Your story. Your world. No template.
We are accepting three founding clients — one per month, by invitation only. Not because we are performing exclusivity, but because the work requires it. Each Anti-Launch is a world built from your origin story. You cannot build three worlds at once without losing the soul of each one.
If you are a founder-led brand with a high-ticket offer, a warm audience that deserves better than a funnel, and a story you have not yet told — this is the room you have been looking for.
